What are the benefits of being part of a trade union?
Being part of a unionised workforce means you’re more likely to be better paid and have better conditions than others in similar work who don’t have the support of a union.
Do I have insurance and pension?
All the Trade Unions in Samtak have negotiated paid pension and life insurance for their members. The insurance covers death, certain cevere diseases, certain cevere diseases of children and a onetime payment of dkk 100.000 once you reach pensionable age.
